Middle School

Hours/Library Visits
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Students may visit the library anytime during the school day with a pass from a teacher.
  • Students using the library after school must have a note from a parent or guardian.
  • Teachers may send up to 6 students during lunch periods.
  • Teachers bringing full classes should sign up on the library schedule.

 Policies

The policies are designed to provide the best possible service to all patrons and to help things run smoothly. Please adhere to all library policies.

Circulation

  • Students may check out 2 books at a time for a period of 2 weeks.
  • Students are encouraged to return their library materials on time.
  • Fines are not charged for overdue books.
  • Magazines do not circulate.
  • Staff members may check out up to 30 items for a period of 30 days.

Internet Usage

  • Students must have a signed Acceptable Use Policiy on file to access the Internet.

  • Check the reference section
  • Use the online catalog
  • Ask the librarian for help
  • Use the report checklist when writing.
